Finding Your Essence, A Powerful Self-Discovery Session

Somewhere in the last several years, she got quiet. This session is about finding her again.

There is a version of you that predates the marriage. She had preferences. Things she liked without asking anyone’s permission. Ways of moving through the world that felt like hers. She did not disappear. She got put away, a little at a time, in the way that happens when you’re building a life with someone and the gradual negotiations add up.

Divorce is its own kind of discovery. One of the things it uncovers, if you’re paying attention, is how much of yourself you set aside and forgot to reclaim.

This session is the reclaiming.

What This Session Does

We go looking for her. The version of you with opinions about her own life. We identify what’s yours versus what you absorbed from the relationship, from the expectations of motherhood, from the story you’ve been telling about who you are.

This is precise work. Not journaling prompts. Not “what do you love?” We use structured discovery questions and a values-excavation process that surfaces what actually drives you, not what you’ve been telling yourself drives you.

This Session Is For You If…

•       You realized recently that you don’t know what you like anymore, and that realization surprised you.

•       You’ve been performing a version of yourself for so long you’re not sure what’s performance and what’s actual.

•       You want to enter the next chapter of your life as someone you recognize, not someone you’re still figuring out.

•       Your children are watching you rebuild, and you want to rebuild something real.

What You’ll Walk Away With

A written values map. A profile of what fulfills you versus what depletes you. And a quiet, specific kind of confidence that comes from knowing who’s actually in the room.
