Redefining Your Path: A Goal-Setting Session

Your goals didn’t disappear. They’ve been waiting under everything else.

There is a specific kind of postponement that happens during divorce. You stop making plans. Not because you’ve given up, but because it feels wrong to want things when everything is still mid-air. You wait for the process to be over before you let yourself think about what comes after it.

This session is the interruption of that waiting.

What This Session Does

In sixty minutes, we will pull the future out of the waiting room and into the room with us. We will name what you actually want, not what you’re supposed to want, not what you wanted five years ago, what is true right now, at this stage of your life, with the specific circumstances you’re working with.

You will leave with a written action map. Three specific, achievable goals tied to your actual timeline, your actual finances, and your actual children’s schedules. Not aspirations. A plan.

This Session Is For You If…

•       You have a sense of what you want but no idea how to sequence it given everything that’s currently on your plate.

•       You’ve been making decisions reactively and you’re ready to start making them intentionally.

•       You want to walk out of this divorce with a direction, not just an ending.

•       You’ve already started rebuilding but you’re not sure the path you’re on is actually yours.

What You’ll Walk Away With

A three-goal action map with concrete next steps, a realistic timeline that accounts for where you are in your legal process, and the kind of conviction that comes from having said what you want out loud and had someone take it seriously.
