Trailblazer Divorce Coaching
Sunday Reset
Protocol
Twenty minutes. Two parts. One honest week. See yourself clearly first, then decide what this week actually requires of you.
How This Works
A two-part weekly practice, built for the woman managing a life in motion.
01
The Grounded Check-In
Six questions across the domains that quietly drain you. Answer with what surfaces first. A word, a sentence, whatever is honest. You are not solving anything here. You are simply seeing where you actually are before you decide where to go.
02
The Weekly Triage
From that grounded place, three questions. What must happen. What can wait. What gets set down without guilt, without rescheduling, without the promise to yourself that you will get to it later. Most women in transition never set anything down. This is where that changes.
03
Your Weekly Report
When both parts are complete, navigate to My Report. Your full summary generates from everything you entered. Export it as a PDF, print it, or keep it open. It is your permission slip for the week ahead. Return every Sunday and begin again.
"The check-in tells you what state you are actually in. The triage tells you what to do about it."
Meyvel Mentado, The Monday MaskThe Grounded Check-In
Part one of two. Answer each question honestly before you plan anything.
Where am I emotionally overextended?
Where am I physically depleted?
Where am I professionally stretched thin?
Where am I financially tense?
Where am I relationally resentful?
Where am I disappearing from my own life?
The Weekly Triage
Part two of two. From the grounded place you just established, answer three questions.
