Wait · One thing before you go
You found your anchor. Now let’s make sure it holds.
Get the Rediscovering Me Challenge for only $27.
The Identity Anchor Board gives you the language. The Rediscovering Me Challenge gives you the daily practice of living inside it.
30 days. One challenge per day. Your identity, recovered from the inside out.
You complete the board. You find the words.
And then a hard week arrives.
A conversation that costs more than it should. A morning when the version of yourself you found on the board feels very far away. A moment when the inner critic is louder than the anchor, and you reach for the statement and it helps, but you wish there were more to hold onto.
The board is a foundation. What you build on it takes daily practice.
Not big practice. Not more than you can carry right now. One thing per day, specific to the woman who is in the middle of what you are in the middle of.
That is what the Rediscovering Me Challenge is for.
The Rediscovering Me Challenge is 30 days of structured daily practice, designed to take the identity work you started on the board and make it something you live inside, not just something you wrote once.
One challenge per day. Each one specific. Each one building on the one before.
The board is where you found the language.
The challenge is where you practice living inside it.
Thirty days. One honest challenge at a time. $27.
Yes, I want the challenge for $27 No thanks, take me to my board30 days. Four movements.
One complete return to yourself.
The challenge is structured in four weeks, each one a different kind of work:
Week 1
Remembering
Before you can build forward, you recover what was already there. Seven challenges to surface the version of you that existed before the adapting began. Who you were before the relationship shaped your preferences, your pace, your voice. This week asks you to remember without romanticizing. To acknowledge without grieving. To see what survived.
Week 2
Mapping
An honest look at who you are right now, inside what is actually happening. Not who you wish you were. Not who you are performing for the people watching you get through this. Seven challenges that name the weight without requiring you to fix it. The energy audit. The honest inventory. The thing you are still carrying for someone else.
Week 3
Aligning
This is where the board and the challenge meet. The work of this week takes what you recovered in Week 1 and what you mapped in Week 2 and asks the question the board's Alignment Check began: where do these two pictures overlap? Seven challenges built around values, wants, and the things you stopped asking for out loud.
Week 4
Becoming
The final week is not about arrival. It is about acknowledgment. Recognizing what shifted, naming what surprised you, building the ritual that makes the return to yourself a daily habit rather than a crisis response. This is the week you write the letter to the woman who started on Day 1. That letter will land differently than you expect.
Every day includes
One challenge, either reflective or embodied, built for the woman who has limited capacity and real demands
A specific prompt or action, not a general invitation to journal
A reflection space that unlocks each next day after you mark the current one complete
Notes that save automatically so your work is waiting when you return
Let me answer what you are already thinking.
I don't have time for one more thing right now.
The longest challenge in the set takes fifteen minutes. Most take fewer. The entire design of this challenge was built around the woman who is already operating at capacity and cannot add anything that requires a good morning, a quiet house, or a particular emotional state to complete.
You do not do all thirty days at once. You do one. Then you close it and go back to your life. The next one waits.
I already have the Anchor Board. Do I need this too?
The board gives you the language. The challenge gives you the practice of living inside it.
Think of the board as the map and the challenge as the daily walking. One tells you where you are going. The other is the actual moving. They are designed to work together, which is why this is offered here, immediately after the board, at a price that reflects exactly that.
If you use the board alone, it will help. If you combine them, the work goes somewhere different.
$27 feels like a lot right now.
That is a completely honest thing to notice, and I am not going to argue with it.
What I will say is this: this challenge is priced at $27 because it is not a $200 course with filler to justify the price. It is thirty focused days of exactly what you need right now and nothing you do not. No inflation. No manufactured urgency.
If now is not the right time, skip it. The thank you page is one click away. The board you already have is enough to begin with. Come back to the challenge when the moment is right.
