How to use this inventory
A guided tour of what you are about to do and why it matters.
01
Answer each question honestly
Each domain has six questions. Rate each one from 1 (barely present) to 5 (consuming and constant). There are no wrong answers. The inventory only works if you tell it the truth about what your divorce is actually costing you.
02
Watch your weight map build in real time
As you answer, the radar chart builds your unique shape. Some women find this moment significant. Seeing the full picture of what they are carrying during a divorce — mapped visually at once — does something that a list never could. Let it land.
03
Read your results fully
When all five domains are complete, your results page generates automatically. It names your heaviest domain, gives you a specific insight for your score, and points you to the exact TDC resource built for that weight.
04
Export your report as a PDF
Your full results, map, scores, and next steps export as a PDF you can save, print, or bring to a session with your divorce coach or therapist. The date is included so you can track how the weight shifts over time.
05
Return every two to three weeks
The weight shifts as your process moves forward. What is heaviest at filing may look different at mediation, and different again after a final hearing. The inventory is not a one-time snapshot. It is a map you update as the process evolves.
"The map tells you where you actually are. Not where you were when you first started feeling this way."
Meyvel Mentado, The Monday MaskUnderstanding your score
0 to 30
Present but manageable. This domain is not your primary drain right now.
31 to 60
Active and accumulating. Worth addressing before it becomes your heaviest area.
61 to 80
Heavy and consistent. This domain is costing you significantly and deserves attention now.
81 to 100
Critical. This is where the most energy is bleeding. Your next step starts here.
A high score in any domain is not a failure. It is information. And information is the beginning of strategy.
